CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all appointment cancellations and rescheduling. This gives us enough time to offer the space to another client who may be waiting.
If you need to cancel with less than 48 hours notice, we'll always do our best to fill your appointment. However, because that time has been set aside specifically for you, a 50% charge of the booked treatment cost may apply if we're unable to do so.
For larger services where we've set aside 4 to 6 hours of time, a 50% deposit may be required to secure your booking. We'll always let you know in advance if this applies to your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable in the case of a no-show or late cancellation without sufficient notice.
